We also have a full gate that surrounds the pool area while still allowing access to the expansive patio. Starter supply of trash bags, dish soap, paper towels, sponges as well as full sized separate washer and dryer with starter detergent. In addition, we have added a mix for pizza dough in the welcome package to entice you to cook outside. Hint: Publix (within a mile) makes pizza dough and it can be found in the refrigerator n

• Booking party must be over the age of 25 and be onsite during entire stay. • No puppies or dogs under 1 year of age are allowed. Weight limit of 75 lbs maximum total for 1 pet or 120 lbs total for 2. • No other pets are allowed • Dogs must be fully house trained and vaccinated • No dogs allowed on the furniture, bedding or inside the pool • Dogs must be leashed at all times when not in our fenced yard and crated indoors when you are not at home • You must control barking when outside, especially at night or early morning. We are in a community with a lot of families, so just to keep that in mind • All dog waste in the yard must be cleaned up prior to your check-out; an additional fee will apply if our team has to pick it up • No glass in the Lanai/Pool Area for everyone's safety. A separate glass and dishware set has been provided for this purpose.

We also have a full gate system that surrounds the pool that would protect small children and pets from the water yet give them full access to the expansive patio.
